Dear fellow Utopians,
We always recommend booking subsequent appointments at the conclusion of your current appointment to ensure you get your preferred time. For new clients we recommend that you book at least one week in advance.
We understand that schedules change from time to time, however, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice via a phone call to the salon (9315-2222). We will not accept cancellation notice via email or social media avenues.
If your treatment is less than $50 we require pre-payment for the appointment. If your treatment is greater than $50 we will require a $50 deposit prior to the appointment. When using our online booking system full pre-payment is required.
If you cannot make it to your appointment, you can arrange for a friend or family member to attend the booking on your behalf.
Should you not be able to provide us with sufficient notice or if you miss your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business and when clients do not turn up to their appointments or cancel without sufficient notice it affects our business.
In light of COVID-19, we ask that you come to your appointments alone, as we can only have one person other than the therapist in the treatment room. We understand that it may be hard for some of our clients that have young children, however during this time we all must be considerate of others.
Please note: until further notice it is a condition of booking that you are double dose vaccinated against Covid. The State Government requires anyone attending our premises to show proof of their double dose vaccination status. Please be aware if you make a booking and you are not vaccinated or only have a single dose vaccine at the time of the appointment you will forfeit the full amount of the booking and/or any deposits as the time & the staff will have already been allocated.
