CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules change from time to time, however, if you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. For all appointments, we will require your credit card details to secure your booking. Should you not be able to provide us with sufficient notice or miss an appointment, your card will be charged with 50% of your appointment fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
For some treatments we may require some preparation time in order for you to experience the most from your treatment. Please try and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Plan your day carefully as all treatments will conclude at the scheduled time.
